Cashless catering

The school operates a cashless system of catering. We use the Arbor system which is linked to your child’s Twickenham School identification badge (which they will be issued with when they join the school) or fingerprint (if you consent to biometric recording). You will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your online Arbor account, which is the same account you will use to check student's timetables, view homework assignments and give consent for school trips etc. 

Once you have created your online Arbor account, you will be able manage your online account at any time to:

• Check account balances
• Top up the account from your bank account, credit or debit card
• View your child’s transactions
• Update your details.

Students who receive a free school meal will have their account automatically credited with the daily allowance. Students will be able to add cash to top up their account if they wish.
